ACCESS TO HOME GRANT IN WAYNE COUNTY

Bishop Sheen Housing has Access to Home Grant money to assist frail, elderly and people with disabilities with modifications to their homes. This includes both exterior and interior modifications such as; installation of ramps, lifts, handrails, expanded doorways for wheelchairs or walkers. Adaptive modifications to kitchens and bathrooms are also available.

To see if you qualify for an application please call: 585-657-4114 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Veterans should call for special income limits. Please call soon since these funds do move quickly.
